Honest opinions of this dress

What do you think of this dress? I wore it last weekend but since uploading some pics I've had quite a few 'jokey' comments that it looks like a picnic blanket!

I love the gingham print but will admit I've never had it in red so it was a gamble I guess. I styled it with converse and a belt. FWIW I'm 31 and a size 12

I love red gingham but would never wear it. I'd look like a full picnic or as if I was ready to roll in the hay.

It does look like a table cloth but so what?! If you like it, wear it and laugh along.

People always take the piss out of my clothes but I like them so I wear them and just laugh at them / myself

Since you’ve asked I think the dress is a hideous cross between a naff cafe tablecloth and a primary school summer uniform dress. That said, anyone who has commented on pictures you’ve uploaded with unsolicited insults comments about your dress scene is horrible. Who does that??
