Anyone here shopped with this brand? There are some questionable reviews out there on refunds taking a very long time. Any experiences of this, quality etc?

Trousers hang badly. It's shit quality material. I have a better pair from m&s for half the price.

The top I wanted to send back as it's so badly cut. But customer service was like dealing with a brick wall so I took it to a charity shop. It was still there a month later... probably says it all. It's not even good enough for a charity shop!
