Perfume dupes

Hi all, I see so many adverts on Facebook of people in the area advertising these perfume dupes, saying they are made in same factory not fakes etc think its called FM or something. Anyway has anyone actually ordered any and are they good copies? Do they smell the same or does it smell like a cheap copy 😅

I find some of the Next perfumes good.

ferretface · 09/06/2021 10:20

Eden is pretty decent, I smelt their dupe of Virgin Island Water and although it wasn't identical it was very similar and very nice.

Hi all original poster on here x
I have to say it actually is the price of the dupes that put me off I think if they were £5-10 I would buy them but to pay nearly £30 I think is a bit of a rip off especially when it isn't the exact smell so there is a part of me that thinks I will just wait until I have the money to pay full price. We did order a sample of the oud and bergamot from an Instagram account last week which promised so much and Its really not nice! It has a cheap smell about it there's no depth of fragrance.
@amz1707 thank you for taking the time to reply and explain how it all works. I think it's a fab idea to make extra money and there really is a market for it now its a great way to earn extra income isn't it xx

Sorry fb z w

Spanglemum · 09/06/2021 14:45

I'd also recommend Eden.

KikiniBamalam · 09/06/2021 14:58

@savvy7

I tried Perfume Parlour but ended up chucking them away. They do smell synthetic and I wasn't sure about the safety of them tbh.
Ooh no! Pp is brill! Chanel is a bit hit and miss but most others are amazing.
Chrissy1956 · 12/11/2021 11:05

I recommend www.matchperfumes.co.uk. They have a perfume similar to Portrait of a Lady by Frederick Male which is simply amazing

CornishGem1975 · 12/11/2021 11:11

I've bought FM (not a seller, my hairdresser is), I got a dupe of V&R BonBon. It's not the same in my opinion, there's a similarity but it's nowhere near as good as the original - doesn't have the same strength and certainly doesn't last as long. Saying that it's a decent enough perfume on its own and I wear it as a daily when I am working from home etc It was a Royal but I paid £13 when it was on sale so was worth a punt.

Buyitinbamboo · 12/11/2021 11:23

I've brought a couple of FM from a friend to help her out and I don't rate them at all. They don't last very long. I have the JM one you are talking about it doesn't have the depth the JM has at all. I have the rouge 540 dupe too, smells like cat piss.

I've brought from PP before and think they are much better.

Lizzy1980 · 12/11/2021 11:28

Superdrug Layering Lab body sprays and edt are pretty good dupes, cheap as chips too. I also have a couple from The Essence Vault, they’re excellent

MrsDThomas · 13/11/2021 17:12

Love FM perfumes. I have 5. My daughters like them too.

I also use next. Great range

DramaAlpaca · 13/11/2021 17:31

I've just got a few from The Essence Vault. I haven't tried them out properly yet, but they seem promising at first sniff.

Thanks to whoever mentioned Divain, I'm in the EU and they will ship to me whereas Perfume Parlour sadly won't.

Eden perfumes is brilliant
