Hello
Has anyone used clear braces to straighten their teeth and would you recommend it?

My teeth are definitely moving and changing the shape of my face/smile, It's really weird!

Thinking of getting clear braces but unsure where to start and whether it will work

Any recommendations?

Thanks!

They have to be in 22 hrs a day so things like going out for the evening means you chose between being naughty and keeping them off or not taking them out all day ( so no food or hot drinks) It’s quite tricky

If I was going out for the evening I just drank with them in, clear drinks so they wouldn't stain and no sodas etc. Would drink coffee and tea with them in using a straw too. Just take them out and rinse afterwards and make sure to clean your teeth properly as soon as you can.

Hi there.

I have two wonky side teeth. (minorly visible when I smile). Lately it seems all my colleagues at work are doing some sort of smile improvement with a dentist. I am considering taking the plunge as well. I have been to the dentist my two team mates are using for braces for a consultation - they are called Whites Dental in London - near Blackfriars. The dentist I met, Dr Kiren - was very nice, and initially advised that Invisalign braces would easily fix my two wonky teeth. But the treatment is not cheap - around £2.5k. She also mentioned composite bonding - which is much more affordable - around £1k.

My aim primarily is to get a good outcome for my smile, budget is important to an extent yes, but is not my primary consideration. I am wondering if someone might be able to advise -

  1. Is composite bonding comparable to Invisalign braces when it comes to fixing just 2 wonky teeth that are only partially visible.
  2. Am I better off going to a dentist close to where I work (i.e. in the City - Whites Dental is in London Blackfriars) or should I get them done close to where I live (Richmond).
  3. Are dentists in central london more expensive than comparable dentists in the sub-urbs.
  4. Does anyone know how I can find out more about Dr Kiren and Whites Dental if I do decide to have treatment with them (their website is www.whitesdental.co.uk/ ).

I am currently due to have treatment in end Jan - so have a month to decide whether to go for Bonding or Invisalign and whether to go with Dr Kiren in Whites Dental in London Blackfriars or with a local dentist in Richmond.

Appreciate any thoughts :)
Thanks
