Cod I cannot be emailing in case you crushingly say "who's that?" as I suspect your celebrity outshines my faint twinkle of existence by vast logorithmical factor

ok admit if pushed that "old mukkers" may have been slight exageration

damit I'm nobody, absolutely nobody and going nowhere but around and around(stylishly)

codswallop · 28/09/2007 19:00

hotcrumpets · 28/09/2007 19:20

It is pretty impossible to breastfeed in a sweater dress isn't it?

I am in love with one in the Gap, like this but greeny

www.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=13658&pid=520448

If I wore it over jeans I could just pull it up maybe?

DarthVader · 28/09/2007 19:24

Better than going up the sleeve

hotcrumpets · 28/09/2007 19:31

hmm true

think sweater dresses will be a no no for me this winter

Redfox · 28/09/2007 19:43

DV,the dress from noanoa, is the underskirt £59 or the green dress?
It does look lovely though. There only seems to be shops in Northamps or herts too

DarthVader · 28/09/2007 19:57

dress is 56; underskirt 28

I am in Oxford but going to London for the w/e on 12 Oct. Are there concession shops in dept shops? I hope they have not sold out

marthamoo · 28/09/2007 21:37

I have this one (not a good pic - it has two patch pockets you can't really see). Actually, I have two - the grey one and the cream one.

And I have a brown one from Top Shop last year (so no link). And a black one, can't remember where that's from.

And I just bought this not really a sweater dress as it's not knitwear but same shape and I LOVE it

Can you tell that I really like this particular style? I like loads of those linked to on this thread but we are skint so I have not saved to favourites.

DarthVader · 29/09/2007 08:16

foxy, it's only in franchised shops and independent boutiques as far as I know - there is a Noa shop in Islington Upper St, one in Chiswick, one in St Christopher's Place.

I can't find out a full list of where it is stocked irritatingly but their website says Henley - is that near you? I would ring the shop before you go specially as I'm not sure the stockist list is up to date and accurate. The colours I have seen are purple, plum, emerald green, black, grey, navy.

I would wear more fanciful/theatrical/historical looking stuff if I didn't work... in a Vivian Westwood sort of way

Bustle skirts are ace. Also I love pirate style clothes. Gap is so boring for me that I nearly pass out after 30 seconds.

Would also put together some stunning colour combinations for autumn.
Would pretty much never wear black in the daytime. In fact I only ever wear it even to work to signify A BAD DAY.

Danish fashion and design for kids and women is ROCKING right now, I wonder if I have some ancestral danish blood.

Cannot understand people who mooch around in duff dull clothes tbh, where is the fun in that?

DarthVader · 29/09/2007 09:53

what is your current fave outfit when on dry land

marthamoo · 29/09/2007 10:54

I work from home, cod. Those are the kinds of things I wear all the time Well, not the Joe Brown's dress - I'd save that for going out.

I don't know what I'd wear to go to the gym...a tracksuit ?

marthamoo · 29/09/2007 10:56

But I wear the sweater dresses with jeans - not brave enough for tights and boots. Yes, I know you hate dresses with jeans as well as Joe Browns.

codswallop · 29/09/2007 21:12
