Ugg boots or no Ugg boots?

Are they totally out now, always wanted a pair but never been able to part with the money, they seem so warm & comfy & also easy to throw on for school runs in winter etc.

So the questions is ugg boots or no ugg boots?

What's the verdict on own brand uggs though? I've just bought a pair from M&S in a lovely chesnut colour for £49.50

i think if you are going to get them only get the real ugg boots. fake ones look naff imo and also dont wear well (and go over on the heel as mentioned by someone before). still see loads of people wearing them, i only got mine recently and they instantly make me look trendy whatever else crap stuff i've got on. and they are comfy. and warm. roll on winter!

i bought a fake pair from BHS, yes BHS thats what I said lol. They are cheap and nasty, but the colour is good, a deep tan rather than very light.

I had to take back a pari of ballet pumps, and saw these boots reduced from 22 down to 12, and thought what the hell, lets see how I feel in them. They look fine to me!! They had grey too, but not in my size. Worth it to see if you do like the look imo.

I hated them a few yrs back so am not sure why i like them now.

Caterpiller, how are those M&S ones going for you? I've been thinking about getting them. I've never liked Uggs before but now that I'm days or weeks away from having a baby suddenly they seem like a brilliant idea! Not sure if it's just the comfort factor or if it's just weird preggers hormones making me like things I'd never usually like.

I've got the M&S ones and so far they are fab! Really good fit and cosy.

No.

I liked them.

The the Autumn semester started, and every young 'yah' wore them, complete with black tights, denim mini-skirts and paisley scarf, trilling 'yah' down her mobile.

Pure put me off.

I dug out my old shearlings from Canada.

Have fecking nightmares about being back in that place!

Nooooooooooo! Not for all the coal-fired heating in the world!

That's okay! I've got the double matress stashed in the loft. We can sleep on that and you two weans on the blow-up mattresses before the fire till we get the LPG running in wherever we wind up.

But no' that.

No.

Thanks Paddington...maybe I'll invest in some.

I've been wearing them for a few weeks now. I have flat feet and find they don't have any arch support, so I find them uncomfortable to wear if I am walking alot.
However, they are really great to throw on for the school run, so still glad I bought them.
