Glasses for face shape

I currently wear contact lenses, but getting glasses has been on my to do list for a while, which I'm looking forward to.

But I've no idea what style will suit me.

So this is my face shape.

Can anyone tell me what shape I should be going for and what I should avoid? Anything else I should be considering? Like the fact I'm almost transparent? And any style recommendations I can look at?

Thanks.

Love the last ones, I think the blue are a bit of an old fashioned shape

Those last ones are lovely!

Yes, I'm desperate to try them, but can't find anywhere doing a trial!

Am I likely too pale for a clear frame?

I have these and they look lovely. Never had glasses before these so was a bit worried about choosing some too

I have a tricky prescription- quite shortsighted and now varifocal.
If you are North-west ish I thoroughly recommend seen.co.uk for the amazing choice, top quality lenses and excellent customer care. They are in Manchester City Centre.
I have bought 4 pairs from there now - I took over an hour and a half to choose my first pair!
Erika is my gal there and she really knows her stuff regarding the best fit.
I have previously gone to places like glasses direct, spec savers but I struggled to get both comfortable and stylish.

@GrimDamnFanjo

Some really fabulous specs on there. I'm not even in England, unfortunately. Although, they are quite pricey, so probably for the best!

There are several online sites where you can upload a selfie and check if you feel they suit you.

The general rule is... Square jaw round glasses

However, it's up to you.
