I can't tell if it's super nice or really odd?? Do you like it?

I don't mind the colour but the length and the fact it's a shirt dress mean it would look very unflattering if you have big boobs and/or short legs. You could wear it with the top few buttons undone and a cami top underneath, and with long boots - that would give it 70s vibe.
