Anyone good at shopping!? Need to find a dress for a wedding!

I’m just lost 🤦🏻‍♀️

Size 10
5’1

I’m wanting to wear some kind of mad peacock feather head thing (yet to find) and a dress that will match peacock colours. So peacock blue, purple, etc.
NOT green or turquoise.

Chubby arms so ideally 3/4 sleeve and swishy skirt.

Some of those are gorgeous....sadly as I’m quite booby and short I can’t really do full length, makes me look like I’ve borrowed a grown up’s dress
