Anyone good at shopping!? Need to find a dress for a wedding!

I’m wanting to wear some kind of mad peacock feather head thing (yet to find) and a dress that will match peacock colours. So peacock blue, purple, etc.
NOT green or turquoise.

Chubby arms so ideally 3/4 sleeve and swishy skirt.
