What shampoo and conditioner do you use?

I’m after a new shampoo and conditioner, I’ve used Herbal Essence for the past few years but recently my hair has lost its shine and my roots are starting to go greasy after a day. I’m not sure if this is due to my shampoo / conditioner or age...but want to switch up my routine.

Does anyone have any recommendations or tips on what to avoid? I’ve been suggested the Body Shop Banana shampoo and conditioner but not sure how I feel about banana scented hair!

Mane n Tail shampoo & conditioner
& once a week I use Soap & Glory Junk The Junk exfoliating shampoo to get rid of build up.

Redken or Olaplex

@MorrisZapp you can use just the olaplex shampoo and conditioner and it will work but the no.3 leave in treatment works the best so if you want results and don't want to pay for 3 steps I would just use the no.3 then use a cheaper brand shampoo and conditioner

I use Fudge Clean Blonde Damage Rewind about once a fortnight. It’s the best/only sulphate free purple shampoo that doesn’t wreck my pain in the arse scalp.

The rest of the time I use Palmers shampoo and conditioner. I’m a total shampoo whore and every time someone says something sorted their scalp out, I rush off and try it. It never works and I go back to Palmers, wondering why I even bother trying. Until the next time...
