It's quite a loose knit around the neck and I've just noticed it's got a snag/missed stitch in it that's going to turn into a hole. Do you think I should contact them? Never have you ever had to contact Toast about something like this?

Yes, a few times @huff. At first they were great and just refunded you and you sent it back. People must have been taking the piss so they ask for photos and you send it back and they give you a refund. They are good about it. Once I had a lovely check tunic that split under the arms. The next one was a cardigan that did the same thing as your jumper and they refunded me no problem. They asked for pictures and then I sent it back.

It depends upon how long you have had it. If you have had it more than 6 months, I doubt they will do much. If you have had it less than that then I would contact them.

But actually there is no harm in trying to ask regardless! [ Unless you have had it for years!!!]

and tbh, I need to lose weight and would hate to spend that price for it to be too big for me.

but the pinafore looks neat in the bust so not sure it would even fit me until I lose some weight.

It is beautiful isn't it? Its such a gorgeous print but its too expensive right now and will likely be on the website for a while so am going to be sensible. However I had my eye on the pinafore dress as soon as the new stuff came on and promised myself I would buy it. I got a little gift of some money from a relative today and could buy it but I just feel I have spent enough on myself atm so am hesitating.

Shame it has a hole. I hate that. I cannot see how Hush can justify £99 for the espadrilles. I think they look nice but not at that price. Tbh, I am struggling with them costing £65. I think I am pretty hard on my shoes so I think the soles wont last on me and the fabric uppers at the heels aren't that strong so they would end up falling down and off at the heel.

Totally see where you're coming from Never but they are BEAUTIFUL. I like them even more now I've seen them on you. I really shouldn't but I might have to order them. They are right up my street

Also Never, that dress is gorgeous, less fussed on pinafore but the dress is 👌
The pinafore will look lovely on you though if that's the more practical of the two (buy the dress buy the dress)

Thanks for advice on the jumper as well Never. I might see if I can fix it (ask my mum to fix it) as I don't want to return it. I was hoping Toast might offer to fix it but it's more shoe and bag companies that do that I guess

I think they still have lots of the epsadrilles in stock. They may come down in price or maybe after I have posted this and people see them in real life they will all sell out!!!

It also rains too much in Scotland meaning I would be worried about the kind of straw bit.

Just noticed when looking at my returns that despite having an email saying that I have had a refund from toast, the refund isn't in my account. They emailed me to say the refund was given to me on the 17th July. That's days ago really and since I used paypal should have been refunded to that. Toast are exeptional with their refunds and usually processed right away. Its annoying. Anyone else have this happen to them?

Found the transaction!! Thank goodness for that :)
