Happy belated birthday ella!
Sorry I missed yesterday! Your outfits look amazing. The birkies are lovely - and the dress I agree is really like that sunny yellow hush one (but the other way round, if you see what i mean!). Where are the jeans from? They look really good too. I'm sure you'll have an amazing time in Rome.
soy - well done on nearly-getting the job you didn't want! Quite right to celebrate with a lovely kimono.
cherries - hope you found your lost conference call mates
. I had a long-running weekly call that seemed to be on one of two numbers, depending on how the organiser was feeling that day...She never told us beforehand, and I (and several others) always got it wrong the first time. She failed to believe us that there were two different numbers circulating and it would probably be a good idea to stick to one... In the end it took a lawyer to make the same point (not a threatening lawyer - just one of the conference call-ees) - and then she went for the same one every week. Was v frustrating...
Well done wardrobe and household declutterers... I desperately need to do this again . I have a total floordrobe going on of overspill. I made a start last week on some "easy" drawers of t-shirts, but I still think you can never have too many t-shirts...(spoiler: Yes. Yes you can). I like whisky's idea of the hangers - but yy I don't have the luxury of one item per hanger... (which is probably why i keep forgetting I have stuff). I like laska's approach of getting more on the same day, though...
I'm not sure about the new stuff to be honest. I like a lot of it - but I'm really not sure anything is crying out to me. Particularly at the prices. I'm liking that there is a bit more cotton/ linen i have to say, and I do like the dresses never and huff have bought/ are considering. Especially the checked Tori one and the Miriam. The tatiana looks really versatile too, and would be good for work i think (though that shape never seems to work on me). I also love the striped print with the marina, alvers dress and the grecian top. It's so happy! But I have a niggling suspicion i would look like a deckchair. And seriously - i have enough summer dresses that I will never wear because we're never going to get the lovely summer we had last year... I think if I do get anything it would need to be "plain" stuff that would go with some of the lovely patterned skirts i have already - so I'm liking the look of the V-neck vest. having said that - I do think the Noosa top with the camels on is gorgeous - but not for £45. And also there would need to be some serious consideration of undergarments with that, as it's so cut away at the shoulders.
