Nose to mouth line fillers

I could do with any advice and info from folk who have had this done.
I have booked myself in to get my nose to mouth lines filled in May.
I hugely trust my practitioner who had done my Botox for years and has won many awards in her field but I know my husband would go loop the loop if I told him I was getting this done.
My research so far is .. eat pineapple, take Arnica tablets for a week , no alcohol 48 hours before and ice plus use arnica cream afterwards .
I will not see him for about 48 hours after it’s done but I have the fear I will look like I have been beaten up or look totally different .
I know I want it done .. I have been thinking about it for two years and one side off my face looks almost scarred as the line is so deep .
Looking for any more advice / positive stories of having this done .
My place numbs you before hand , I find Botox a breeze , I have had extensive tattoos and 3 kids without pain relief but I’m actually quite scared about the pain .

@Thisimmortalcurl
to check - did you just have the smile lines filled ? This is what the person I am going to see is recommending. She said she doesn’t belive I need my cheeks done . I’m so confused as when I went to a nurse she said that she would add to my cheeks as scaffolding to support my mid face. But she was quoting massive money !

do you still get filler ? Have you any advice ? Would you recommend filling the lines directly ? Thanks so much
