What's your day to day make up routine

I own one 10year old eye shadow pallet. I wear eyeliner most days but don't have my shit together enough to wear eye shadow everyday. Does anybody?

I love make up and wear it most days , even if I’m not going out of the house I put some on.

I always wear eye shadow and use eye crayons which I swish over my eyes lids and blend with a brush.

Go to mirror, leave mirror having done nothing. Done. 🙂

I work from home mostly, have to go to the office once a fortnight. Working from home I wear no makeup at all.
Going to the office is interesting as I have to be out of the house by 6am so its a rush in the dark!

Brows, these take the most time, Benefit grimmer Brow plus a pencil
Single colour eyeshadow

Sweep of blusher

I can do my work makeup in about 10 mins.

My eyebrows probably take 7 of the 10 mins, mine are non existent and need all the help that they can get!

I do the primer whilst putting the kettle on, by the time I’ve made my cuppa I’m ready to do the rest!

I have followed the beauty and the boutique no make up make up look for the last 4 months as I was a complete novice and needed a complete overhaul and new look. It's fantastic, simple and quick and looks great.

I’m going to the hairdresser tomorrow and like to have ‘eyes’ done so that I can judge my hair. So, tomorrow’s routine (after cleanse etc.) will be...

My skin has improved hugely since working from home and not piling crap on it all day every day. When I do go to the office the first thing that I do when I get home is clean all the makeup off.

Wearing makeup makes me feel more tired in the evening, I’m sure it’s psychological but as soon as I take my makeup off I feel much more awake and refreshed.

Throw away that 10 year old eye shadow palette. Make-up has a use by date, which admittedly I always overstretch, but certainly not to 10 years. Have you not seen the stories of women going blind by using out of date makeup?

Serum and Ren eye gel
Combination of BB cream and Nanoblur
Setting powder
Eye shadow and eye liner
Brow pencil and gel

Blusher (Nars Orgasm)

Quick spritz of setting spray.

Curl eyelashes then mascara
Vaseline eyebrows & lip

Takes 5 minutes and I rarely go out without it and if I do people always ask me if I'm ok or tell me I look tired

Moisturiser.
Two eyeshadows, applied with fingers. I like the halo effect, so I apply the darker shade all over my eyelid and under my lower lashes and then pat a lighter, often shimmery shade into the centre of my eyelid.
I then pop on some eyeliner in pencil form.
Apply highlighter to my cheekbones.
Put on lipstick or lipgloss.
I've got a sample of a MAC foundation and if that works out I might start wearing it. But I'm lazy and like to do the colourful stuff more.
