Is there such a thing as a full / heavy coverage foundation with a glowy finish?

I am after a foundation with medium to full coverage but all I can find are matte formulas. I have dry skin and want a glowy / dewy finish with a bit of life to it. Any recommendations? Ta

Interesting. Which L'Oréal 24 hour foundation please? I'm guessing not the matte one ...
