Normally live in LOng flowing skirts or linen wide legged trews, which is why legs never get a tan.

I'm fairly short - 5'4'' and a good size bum so no hot pants. Will wear with wedges as look all umpa lumpa in flip flops.

Don't want to show too much thigh.

TIA style peeps

Do shorts make legs look shorter?

Hmm, think I need longer legs tbh.

I guess I don't need shorts. Could just stick to shorts as I am 30 and ovb gping down hill...

strangely enough, M&S has a huge selection of shorts (some quite nice linen ones and some cotton roll up types) - you could go there and try loads on and see what you think

I have quite big thighs and the (just above)knee length ones disguise that quite well

speedymama · 27/06/2007 12:01

I'm 42yo and wear skimpy shorts. Who says women over 30 should not wear shorts? That is hogwash imo.
