this is my 3rd ring, i get bored and love sparklers, so every 8years-ish i get a new one

Here’s mine, yellow gold. DH chose it and once he proposed then started with the ‘is it ok? Coz if you don’t like it we can choose another one together? Are you sure? Honestly if you don’t like it just say....’. Bless him, I love it and I love that he chose it.

Mine is a half carat flawless brilliant cut platinum solitaire. Dh chose it from an independent jeweller near where we lived at the time, thinking I would rather quality over size. I very nearly went for a diamond band from the same place to match but decided on this plain, halo profile band instead.

DH chose mine, I love it because it's different and the 9 diamond cluster really catches the light

Just been to collect my Christmas present today, an emerald and diamond ring custom made using the gold from DH wedding ring (that he never wears!)

Here is mine. It's raw aquamarine. The band is a mix of white, yellow and rose gold. I am not a fan of diamonds and Russian wedding rings are a trinity of white, yellow and gold bands. I love this ring as he took my likes, style and heritage into account

Not obvious in this picture but all three rings are rose gold.

Got my engagement ring before rose gold made such a resurgence in popularity, get lots of comment on them. Picture doesn't do colour or the sparkliness of the stones justice.

Just had a proper look back and iris’s ring is absolutely GORGEOUS.

I love mine as every by was chosen. Dh went on a proper obsession about it all. Low impact platinum, Canadian diamond and all put together by a local jeweller. The pattern she produced was used on jewellery we had made for our wedding party.

Reading back it sounds braggy and a bit awful but it didn’t feel it at the time and I was really touched by his focus on it all being as fair and original as it could be.

White gold, 3/4 carat plus 10 tiny diamonds in the band.
The wedding band is a white gold twist with 6 diamonds- made by a really tiny independent jewellers so I'm hoping it's unique.
