@Justcarrymehome mine are real - in fact we just had to get them valued for our new home insurance. My solitaire is an Asscher cut that we sourced when we lived in the USA - it's modest by comparison with many there! Diamonds are cheaper there and some women I know there have real WOW rings. I've a friend with a 10ct. They're absolutely worn as 'I've got money' symbols in the USA

I have sterling silver and cubic zirconia. I love it but feels like people are laughing because it’s not real😔

@Justcarrymehome yours is beautiful. I wouldn't ever look at it, assume it's fake and laugh. Even if i guessed it was fake who cares because it's such a pretty design, it's gorgeous!

Solitaire millennium cut 1 carat, cunningly hidden in a deep fat fryer on proposal, plain gold band because it sat neatly with it. Would love a sparkly wedding ring though. Rarely wear my eternity. The ruby one was a present to me from me recently after a good business result 😜 I love my sparkly things!

Your ring is lovely. It wouldn't even cross my mind to wonder whether someone's ring was diamond or CZ.

I was considering CZ for a long time, and Moissanite. The only reason I went with diamonds in the end was that I couldn't find a moissanite design I liked, plus with my job my hands are in and out of water/bleach all day and I just thought diamonds might hold up better.

This is my ring, which I lost then found. I loved it when I received it ten years ago, I had pointed it out to him in the jewellers. I kind of wish I'd gone for something more classic...it's quite dated I think.

Some beautiful rings on here. I don't think I can post mine, it's very identifiable as mine as I've never seen one like it, and everyone comments on it.

It's large, with a coloured 6ct stone as the centre piece surrounded by a pave of brilliant white diamonds. 😳

Adore mine in every way :) even more so now it's paired with my wedding ring :)

Name change, just incase

Got this last week while on holiday in Jamaica. DP had a really rough time at work lately and got forced out. He told me that he decided months ago to propose on holiday and didn't want to let his job ruin that, but that as a result this is a fraction of what he wanted to get me. He's adamant that he'll replace with something 'better' when he's back in work, but I absolutely love this and don't want anything else - it's simple and perfect and I love it!

This is mine. I had it especially made, melting down both my grandma's and auntie's wedding rings and my mum's engagement ring. The diamond was from a necklace my husband bought me from Dubai in 2006. It's 4.1 ct. I sent him lots of photo's with my preferred style and he drew a sketch for me to approve. I burst into twars when I saw it.......Perfect.
I also had my wedding ring made out of the melted down gold, and it cost a bit less because he took into account the excess gold that I said he could use after. Selini in Mawdsley Lancashire. The guy is a genius.
