2.09ct diamond in a platinum setting. I feel bad saying this but I don't like it- I feel it's too big and showy. Thinking of having the diamond reset as a pendant or something else.

Well it's big enough to be a pendant striped! Could you not get a wee diamond band and keep it for when you need to bring out the big guns?

Actually taken nail varnish off now as not allowed it for work as in this photo but had painted them for works do. 🤷‍♀️

I havent been bitchy on here and didnt mean to sound like it guess thats the danger. Obviously nobody else knew about my christmas nail thread! The poster posted without nailvarnish on her but I saw her post showing her nails first.

They're lovely anyway shame youve had to take them off.

And if anyone saw my nails you would knoe I couldnt say anything about anyone else.

Stripedcuahion that's just beautiful enjoy it. Instead of a pendant could you get a smaller ring for every day and wear that one on special occassions.

Just thought they looked really nice/professionally shot pics. Not bitchy at all genuinely think those rings and all the rings are gorgeous its a shame people automaically assume people are being mean

Thanks for understanding curls it is hard when writing on internet and people donr know you. I was shocked people thought that but then people dont know me and cant read it how it comes across in your own head.

I love this thread. I go in the bath to read it usually. Hence my own pic but i liked time to look properly and if people say they like a specific ring i go back and see who likes what. I love all the stories too

Does anyone have advice on how to clean a diamond and sapphire ring at home?

I’m sick of putting it in to be cleaned and irrationally worrying it won’t come back

Sapphire and diamond chosen by DH ( May have dropped a few hints!) never take them off 💍

My only request to OH was not silver. He did perfectly, and bought the matching wedding ring (ready for July!) which is something I would fuss over. He proposed in Italy at night by the lake with a violinist playing in the background. He's a keeper.

I have looked through them all now and my faves are mooey, 'theresacat', 'idealist', 'writersblock' and 'loobylou' :)
