bearing in mind that im 5'0".

And also bear in mind that I will have hit my taget weight by then (hopefully!) so will want to show my pins off!

For a festival I would say you're allowed. Then it's a garden only dress oK. You're not allowed to wear it anywhere else!

Get that one.
