I sound like the PR for Bravissimo, but blimey, their vest tops with bra are marvellous!

Mine arrived this morning and it is so fab. Really supportive, bosom were it used to be 20 years ago, and you can bend over without fear. I did a Pilates class in mine, and several young men said hello when I wandered over the road for a coffee. And that hasn't happened for a while!
Bravissimo has taught me that if the bra is right, you don't really need the straps to hold you up, the bra does it.
Also, I thought because I was tall, I needed to extend the bra straps to their fullest extent. I now realise I only had to do this because my bra was the wrong size so my norks were inches lower than they should have been. With norks in the right place, straps are much shorter! Hooray.

TWO DISTINCT CUPS?????

[sophable faints overcome by hope of vest with no bra straps showing]

Aloha · 19/06/2007 16:09

Yes, I should get a discount at least, shouldn't I? Splendid idea!

They have loads in their sale - but not in my size. REally coveting one for summer, but not at £35 pounds, unless I can pull puppy dog eyes at dh.

I would love to wear straps - at 32G this is my only hope!

moondog · 19/06/2007 16:11

Is bravissimo for chesty maidens only?
Sounds v promising.
I am 34C- is that chesty??

Slim · 19/06/2007 16:12

Am currently 32H . The vest top works (tho bit awkward for bfing)

nomdeplume · 19/06/2007 16:12

I like them too but I £35 for a vest top is just ridiculous.

Thankfully my (real) 32F's stand up all on their own without a bra

[super smug]

TootyFrooty · 19/06/2007 16:13

LOL @ NDP! How old are you? 17?!

Piffle · 19/06/2007 16:14

NDP mine are not saggy either... yet BUT they need the separation and shaping IYKWIM
I don't mine pretty pink straps under my vst but nice to have an all in one
I tell you the day my milk came in well...

NuttyMuffins · 19/06/2007 16:15

I long for one of their swimming cosies, but cannot justify £45.

noddyholder · 19/06/2007 16:16

Do they fasten like a proper bra and not those ones with a sort of shelf inside?

nomdeplume · 19/06/2007 16:16

TheApprentice · 19/06/2007 16:17

Mine used to be super pert until the arrival of ds earlier this year . I got my 2 tops in the sale - about £25 each which is still quite a lot but worth it I think.

CuttingCod · 19/06/2007 17:21

GO ON RING THem
Wirte to them ALOHA

MABS · 19/06/2007 18:28

they are brilliant, my 32Fs need lots of support now sadly.

NKF · 19/06/2007 19:52

Perhaps mumsnet could arrange a discount. I'd rather have a Bravissimo one than Boden.

viticella · 19/06/2007 20:10

Bravissimo are fantastic, take Aloha's word for it.

Their bra's and strappy tops (have a lovely chocolate brown one) have taken 10 years off my figure. i seriously never shop anywhere else now. (Consequently have a wardrobe of only 5 bra's, including fantastic green and pink flowery set that you would NEVER find anywhere else in a 30E)

Def Bravissimo over Boden

EffiePerine · 19/06/2007 21:29

(Rigby and Peller better still but Bravissimo a good start)

JackieNo · 19/06/2007 21:29

Mmm - yes please - discount would be fab.

Aloha · 19/06/2007 22:32

There are several sets I have my eye on that I'd definintely order with a discount...hint...hint...
(go on Bravissimo, give us a discount)
