i use the rimmel recover anti fatigue concealer, much better than te imo and a lot cheaper

MrsBadger · 17/06/2007 19:07

boing is ok for nose shadows - the pencil one is fabulous for nose-to-mouth creases

[rummages]

Shall I get it? Is it really so much better than TE (I'm rather attached to my TE as it happens).

JeremyVile · 17/06/2007 19:14

Chanel Ombre D'Eau.
Not much of an eyeshadow wearer but this is gorgeous.
Its liquid but dries to a really subtle wash of glossy loveliness!
And it doesn't crease AT ALL.

MrsBadger · 17/06/2007 19:16

hmm
am not overly wrinkly under eyes (not due to youth but to oiliness)

go and try it one morning and see how it wears?

FrannyandZooey · 17/06/2007 19:20

I like TE as well and I only wash my hair about once every 5 days [grins at resultant horror]

It takes for-ruddy-ever believe me, plus if you stop washing it every day, it stops producing all that grease.

ahundredtimes · 17/06/2007 19:21

Yes I'm not excessively wrinkly either, but am, ahem, shadowy at the side of my nose. Okay I'm going to try it - can you wear alone? I don't need to wear any other foundation with the ol TE (and don't always look Panderish, just works).

Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cream - best moisteriser I have ever used. I have such dodgy skin (over sensitive, prone to blotcches and flare ups) and this works a treat. Blardy expenisve but you only need a smiggin.

Oh Yes - pro collagen marine cream is bloody brilliant but really expensive.
Maybe if it's mentioned on mumsnet enough they'll give us a discount!

milfAKAmonkeymonkeymoomoo · 17/06/2007 19:45

Ooooh yes Cornsilk, anyone else want to talk about ELEMIS Marine Cream

I use the Benefit "Realness of Concealness" compact every day and I really do love it! It's got the boing concealer (fab) and other stuff that make me look less exhausted!

ZacharyQuack · 18/06/2007 10:28

MAC Prime and Prep - leaves your skin velvety and slightly glowy (in a good way).
Benefit Some Kinda Gorgeous compact foundation
Benefit Georgia or Dandelion. Anything by Benefit really, wish they sold it in NZ
