Best cream/ concealer for dark under-eye circles?

I'm finding that my under eyes are getting darker with age. Are there any good eye creams that fix this?

If not, what's the best concealer for hiding them?

I have the IT cosmetics one and I find it really thick and settles in my lines horribly. I was really disappointed in it. I use it to hide my melasma on cheeks so not a total waste of money but I won’t buy it again.
