Has anyone packed away their summer gear and started to take out jumper and boots yet?

I feel a definite nip in the air but always hesitate putting my summer clothes at this time of year.

Being a nosy sheep I'd like to know where you're at. Is anyone cold enough to wrap up yet or are you hanging on to those pedicures and bare legs for dear life?

I'm in jeans and long sleeves but not quite got the jumpers and boots out yet.

I've also started to gather the higgle stuff for my house, bought new candles and looked out the blankets, cushions and throws for winter - I'm so excited to be cosy again!

All my summer clothes are packed away. I have been in boots and tights since yesterday. We live in rural pembrokeshire right by the sea, it is definitely feeling chilly.

Yep! well ive not put summer things away yet but started pulling out long sleeves and ankle boots.....i live in a cold wet coastal town we are always the first to bring them out haha, i do however hand on untill end of october before the summer close go away...you know just incase!......wishful thinking!

I'm currently half and half..I'm clinging onto summer whilst wearing flip flops but occasionally having to pair them with a coat. I'm hoping for a warm September so will wait until October before I pack my summer stuff away.

Me! I love getting my jumpers, long sleeved tops and boots out. I've missed them.

I delay as long as I can. I feel excited about wearing autumn and winter clothes but I also know that by the end of March I'll be sick of them. I don't wear jeans in the summer either and have so far resisted putting them on. Definitely no boots or tights yet. I just refuse until at least 1st October whatever the weather.

I'm wearing summer tops and skirts but have tights on.

I really dislike this in-between weather! Never know what to wear, chilly first thing when leave the house then it warms up as the day goes on so more often than not I've chosen the wrong thing to wear! I still think boots look too wintry for now, I'm still in sandals for now. I do love socks tho....looking forward to them being acceptable!

Only thin jumpers a couple of nights. It is still quite warm in the middle of the afternoon but doesn't last.
Ankle boots are out most of the year, it's only this year as been an exception.
I have put away my summer tops and dresses that aren't versatile enough for Autumn.

I have started wearing trainers and jumpers again. And jackets. Today was 17C and sunny which would have been considered a good summers day last year!

I am back in jeans some days as well as shorts, putting a cardi on over short sleeved tops occasionally but I will be in sandals for at least another month.

I’ve packed away bare-leg midi dresses and skirts, and a lot of t-shirts. I haven’t brought out big knits, and kept lighter jumpers in the wardrobe over summer, as usually I need them. Opaque tights have been on for a couple of weeks, but we’re in Scotland so much cooler. I have the heating on tonight - my cat is so happy!

I’ve packed away the bulk of my summer clothes. I haven’t taken my jumpers out yet but rather know exactly where they are. I still haven’t worn a coat and feel it is too warm for a leather jacket.

I try and wear my Summer stuff into Autumn as I get sick of Winter stuff. Still quite humid here.

I really feel the cold, and jeans, and light knits have come out, although not worn any knits yet. Leather jackets most mornings, and am thinking of wearing ankle boots and tights tomorrow with short skirt, really looking forward to it.
Have got a coatigan out to wear, but no actual coat yet, but have tried them on with possible outfits. Because I love coats, not because I feel the need. Have bought 4 new pairs of tights, which should last me around 2 weeks, just not sure which ones I should wear so have various.
Love this time of year.

I've been in boots for over a week!
So cold after that heatwave.

I wore my boots for the first time today, it was wet and miserable here this morning, took my ballet flats in my bag but didn't change into them, was very comfortable.

No. Delaying as long as I can. Winter lasts a long time.

Jeans, boots and a thin jumper here. With a scarf and a leather jacket for in the mornings when it's chilly.
We had our holiday late this year, we just got back from Italy last week. The contrast in temperature is striking. DH is stubbornly clinging to his shorts until the end of the month though
