Trainer socks
Fleece lined tights
Towels
Long sleeve tops for wearing under jumpers
Fleece lined leggings
Cotton wool / toiletry bags / ear buds /

I love their fake tan. Lovely colour, doesn't streak and lasts a week. £3!

Sarcelle · 11/09/2018 17:02

I bought one of the rip off Uniqlo down jackets in an unusual rust colour. 15 quid! Got it for general sclepping around. I am not a fan of Primark generally but was in there looking for cheap pjs, and spotted it on way out. I also bought a maroon hoodie for £7 for weekend country walks.

Seconding their invisible sports socks - they're brilliant. Along with their lace footy socks and the super low cut cotton footies with little rubber blobs at the heel to stop them slipping down.

Multipack invisible knickers - they've brought out different skin shades and they're fab.

Huge packs of big cotton pads.

MrsCar · 11/09/2018 17:17

Everything is great, except tshirts in my experience.
I only get a few wears before I keep them as pjs (and even then, only s few wears as pjs)

ColinsVeryJolly · 11/09/2018 17:27

I bought a pair of tan Chelsea boots in there last week for £8. Wore them for the first time today expecting them to hurt but they were really comfy.

Got a fab pair of sunglasses for £3 in the summer too.

CutesyUserName · 11/09/2018 17:33

Apparently their £1 rose gold eyelash curlers are supposed to be excellent.

Causeimunderyourspell · 11/09/2018 17:50

Cotton wool pads (sounds weird but they're the only ones I've found that don't fall apart when you use them!)

False lash mascara is amazing!

Suncream and they do a nice face one as well

argumentativefeminist · 11/09/2018 17:56

Not sure if these were the invisible knickers mentioned above but I got some massive comfy stretchy granny pants that I adore last week. At my store they were on hangers (3 per hanger) next to the multipacks of knickers.

Stormzyandme · 11/09/2018 17:58

Ironfloor269 Do you tumble dry them?

WhatchaMaCalllit · 11/09/2018 18:06

Their makeup - loads of tutorials on Youtube using just Primark stuff:
www.youtube.com/results?search_query=primark+makeup

Love their socks, scented candles, kids clothes (especially when the kids are very little as they are so cheap to buy and when needed to replace). Their quality is very good for the price you pay.

I really like Penneys/Primark and I like them even more following the fire that gutted their store in Belfast and the company coming out and stating that all of the staff from that branch will be paid until the end of the year and the staff will be redeployed to other branches until they work out what they're going to do with the branch that was destroyed by fire.

Annasgirl · 11/09/2018 19:28

Socks - all kinds

Tights - if you wear them for work, especially the nude and high denir opaques

Workout gear - I really love this and it's as good as any expensive brands

PJs are amazing - I treat myself every season to new styles, love them so comfy and stylish

Vest tops - really comfy,

White jeans - I would only ever pay their prices as I always needs several pairs and I have young kids but they are great

Black jeans

Sometimes I can get lucky and find a great sweater or shirt or jacket or pair of shoes - if I pass by I always go in.

goose1964 · 11/09/2018 19:34

They have some lovely soft jumpers for a fiver, including the elusive v neck

tierraJ · 11/09/2018 20:01

Sports footies as mentioned by pp
Bedding
Cotton wool pads
Face wipes

Seen a cord burgundy mini I may get!

TeamDixon · 11/09/2018 20:24

Actualy all their sports wear is pretty good!
Tights
Socks
Foundation sponges
Silicon facial cleansing brush things
Mask sachets

I don't have one near me so I love a walk round Promark!

Arealhumanbeing · 11/09/2018 21:19

Socks. Especially the shoe liner type.

Earings.

Cotton wool pads.

Lipstick. Especially the heart shaped ones they’ve got in at the moment.

Wash and make up bags.

Scarves.

pinkmagic1 · 11/09/2018 21:25

Their 60 second fast dry nail polish. It is in little mini bottles and costs just 60p. It is better than many much more expensive brands and lasts for days without chipping.

Arealhumanbeing · 12/09/2018 08:58

@pinkmagic1

Thanks for the tip!

lifebeginz · 12/09/2018 13:26

I find Primark a bit of a hit or a miss. I have had several items I have been disappointed with but you get the odd gem. i am on year 3 of my tan chelsea boots and they are mega comfy and versatile!

I can't get past the beauty section without filling my basket - cotton pads, make up, false nails for £1 (I don't use the glue though, I use a better quality glue and just uy their nails in every colour) eyelash curlers....I got an eye mask and anti aging facial massager thing for £1. I keep reading that their mascara is good so I think I will need to try that soon!

lifebeginz · 12/09/2018 13:27

Oh the make up sponges...and i got a powder brush there the other day and its fantastic. A good shape and large and full!

Pjs....and their multipack knickers

AnnPerkins · 12/09/2018 14:23

Last time I was in Primark I bought a pack of three bras in off-white, pink and lilac and two packs of three matching no VPL knickers and they're excellent.

I had been looking for multipacks of plain, colourful knickers with matching bras for years. Other stores only seem to do them in black/white/nude.

Hogtini · 12/09/2018 14:58

Socks, scarves, knickers, false nails are pretty good, handbags, slippers, the argain oil (if they still do that!?), hairbrushes are ok.
