Four days back & I'm in agony again 
feet, back, legs!
I'm in a secondary school where the dress code is smart, I don't wear heels like most of the women do (how??) but I can't wear completely flat either I need a slight rise.
On training day I wear trainers & don't ache at all, is there anything smartish with a trainer like sole??
What does everyone else wear?
