what is your budget? Coast is a;ways a good option.

InternationalMouseOfMystery · 06/06/2007 16:34

did you see bundle's phase eight dress thread yday?

sounds as though it would be perfect, shape and colouring-wise

lissie · 06/06/2007 16:34

max of £90. i did have a coast dress to wear but i've had to put on weight and it doesnt fit me anymore!

JackieNo · 06/06/2007 16:37

That's lovely, InternationalMouse (btw - who are you - I've missed a name change somewhere?)

InternationalMouseOfMystery · 06/06/2007 16:37

lissie · 06/06/2007 16:38

OP posts:
JackieNo · 06/06/2007 16:38

Ah, thank you.

InternationalMouseOfMystery · 06/06/2007 16:38

oh yes

everso slightly 50s-esque imho (era, not age)

lissie · 06/06/2007 16:39

lol!

OP posts:
lissie · 06/06/2007 16:45

do you think i need a jacket or will a wrap suffice?

OP posts:
InternationalMouseOfMystery · 06/06/2007 16:46

def not a jacket - would be too structured for such a girly shaped dress imho

better, a wrap or a teeny cream cardigan for church

InternationalMouseOfMystery · 06/06/2007 16:48

somethign like this bolero would be perfect

but in white/cream depending on the shoes you choose? (unless the green tones nicely with the dress in which case green great too)

mazzystar · 06/06/2007 16:48

that dress is on sale in john lewis - its gorgeous....therefore £ in the budget for a wrap - dress is structured so something softer better i reckon - and maybe a little bag too....

lissie · 06/06/2007 16:48

i do like it a lot. my hair tend to go really v red in the sun so will look v striking!

InternationalMouseOfMystery · 06/06/2007 16:49

(i'm sure you could pick up a plain cream/white one far more cheaply than that one btw)

InternationalMouseOfMystery · 06/06/2007 16:49

oh god don't tell bundle mazzystar

InternationalMouseOfMystery · 06/06/2007 16:51

cream bolero in m&s for £15

lissie · 06/06/2007 16:53

poo, cant buy online!

OP posts:
InternationalMouseOfMystery · 06/06/2007 16:53

lissie, call your local john lewis and ask for phase eight concession - see if they have it (and if so, reduced to how much?)

InternationalMouseOfMystery · 06/06/2007 16:53

where are you?

mazzystar · 06/06/2007 16:54

i won't

'tis a fabbo dress

no good with my capacious arse though

lissie · 06/06/2007 16:54
