Sorry that your black maxi dress has stretched though soy . You should complain! (Cherries wouldnt let them get away with it ). glad you are feeling s bit better. I also caught an aeroplane cold on the way back from hols . It took over a week to get rid of it

laska yes that Greek widow pic: classic ...on the maxi I’ll email Hush, you’re quite right but at the mo not firing on all cylinders and with work (it’s a big unrelenting project in Latam) no time to get it together yet. Honestly I felt so god awful on Sunday I thought I was going to collapse in Madrid airport (I was in transit in between flights on Sunday morning)...and I’m such a fool trying to save a Corp that makes billions annually a few quid (as I fly business class) by taking that longer trip option. Anyway lesson learnt and for the next flight coming up on 10th August I’m taking the direct BA flight option which will save me 5 hours travel each way (13 hrs vs 18 each way).
I’m getting a bit ancient for all this constant travelling...

SoyYo I don't envy you the long flights. My DH does a fair bit of travel to Japan and the west coast of the USA and while years ago I used to be a little jealous (I think with 3 kids in the house I was mostly jealous of the ability to sleep soundly in a hotel room on my own!) by now he is just tired of it.

I go to Spain next week (neat Marbella) and the Hush clothes I plan to take include my new striped Piper and my leopard maxi for going out at night. For day time I will probably bring two H&M lightweight dresses, Boden chino shorts in white and a denim pair from Gap. Other than that I am not sure, need to get packing some time at the weekend.
My DD (she of the haircut) has a medical procedure on Friday so I will be tied up with that, and may stay overnight with her in the hospital. We are all looking forward to the pool and the food (I would usually say the heat but not this year!)

It is a lovely dress and if my boobs were a little less of cup then the 10 would be a great fit. Alas, the 10 must go back.
Thanks for the tip re returns but as it’s been out of stock in a 12 for a while I’m guessing they’re unlikely to get any new ones.

I should have found this thread earlier. Having never bought anything from Hush before this May, I’m now the owner of two pairs of harem trousers (one long, one short), the green khaki jacket shown in pic with said harem trousers, the pink bubblegum jumper thingy and a pale blue patterned dress that is a very similar shape to the Alanis but with a standard hem rather than handkerchief or whatever it’s called. I can’t remember the name of the dress but I bought it May time and haven’t seen it since. It’s a 12 and fits slightly big on body but needed for aforementioned boobage.

Alittle I feel your pain (FF cup is so annoying sometimes!) I’ve got it in a 12 for that very reason as it’s non stretchy fabric (yet beware if you decide to go for the v neck black maxi t shirt dress get it in a 10 as it’s very stretchy...maybe they’ve run out of stock in that style too now 🤔)
Anyway do stick around sounds to me like you’re hooked on the Hush already...just beware of the enablers here! I include myself in that statement!

miffy usually I’m not doing so many long haul flights it’s more toing and froing to Paris/Europe but very frequently.
It’s just this years’ projects have panned out this way and I’ll be glad when it’s over and back to my Eurostar milk run (still tiring enough!). Deseándote unas vacaciones fabulosas en Marbella guapa!

@laskaThe star shorts are rigid with no stretch. They are neat. I would not size down in them. They do stretch out slightly with wear but imo not enough to merit going down a size. I have been living in my hush denim shorts black ones and short turn up ones. They are my favourite ones.

Anyone got the Tori Anne dress? Is it too Little house on the Prairie? What about sizing? (thinking maybe a 12 or perhaps 14 given 36e norkage?).. OOS in those sizes right now.. but I may stalk one..

never thanks for shorts advice , I'm probably too late for either, Iactually really liked the Tu ones and they were only £9.50 in sale .. only wish they had had them in my size..

. I love the star slides on you never, but am now a bit wary of slides after 'toe incident' its still not really gone down to original size possibly wont now . ..also its still sore . Hopefully it will be less so by the time I need to wear closed shoes again.. In the mean time am living in saltwaters.. lake Garda looks fab..

I have also ordered the 14 you see so may have those instead..(my star jeans are the 12 but snug around the thigh..so i thought maybe the looser might be better on-me in shorts

Yippee! Decided to check regularly on the leopard maxi and they had one in an 8! I’ve bagged that baby. Rather excited.

Finsbury top arrived but going straight back. Looked nice from the front but from the side my norms made it look as if I was wearing a parachute.

My birkies also arrived and Schuh have annoyed me. I knew I needed a 40 as I had tried them in store,but on the website it’s uk sizing so I asked in live chat what that was and they said a 7. I doubled checked because some stores DO make a 7 a 40, but loads make them 41. Anyway, ordered the 7 and of course it’s a 41. Far too big. And as Schuh don’t do RM returns, I will either need to pay for the return or go to the nearest Collect+ store, which is 30 miles away. And they don’t even give you a returns label, you need to print it. We don’t have a printer here, so that’s another annoyance.

I did check this morning on the dress but sadly still no 12s. They do suddenly have a 14 in stock though when a couple of days ago they only had a 6&8 so there’s a little hope. I will be sending back the size 10 today so if anyone on here is still thinking about it but needs a 10, keep a look out early each morning.

I wish I could wear shorts but I’m so pale and so covered in horrid thread veins that despite being reasonably toned, my legs look hideous.
