Multiple ear piercings - help

Clearly Im having a midlife crisis (in my 30s) & I want to jazz up my look. I already have 2 lobe piercings in each ear & considering a few more lobe ones & a helix. How do I know which ear do have the helix in? should I have the same number of multiples in each ear? do I want symmetry or asymmetry?

I want it all the time!

I found for myself worth to try tragus ( still healing, but already looks amazing ). The most slow-healing area for me was helix ( nighmare!)
