Anna8888 · 24/05/2007 16:10

Today I've got on:

  • cream Elle McPherson bra and thong (getting a bit ancient, bra was a soft model I bought to breastfeed with two years ago)
  • See by Chloé smock top
  • green Fat Face fatigues
  • gold LK Bennett flip flops
  • dusky pink cotton Ventilo cardigan

Also - Reverso watch, gold Chaumet bracelet, pearl and diamond studs, purple bead necklace.

My daughter (2.6) has got on:

  • Petit Bateau vest
  • Gap boot cut jeans
  • Gap white socks
  • Pink bandana Supergas
  • brown Bonpoint long-sleeved t-shirt
  • pink camouflage sun hat

Would like to add that this is now (it is hot) and not generally what we wear

iota · 24/05/2007 17:44

has no-one mentioned Debenhams yet? - I'm wearing 3/4 combatty-ish trousers from Debenhams

Laura Ashley T shirt - must be at least 5 yrs old but I like it

M&S underwear - does anyone else make underwear?

PestoMonster · 24/05/2007 17:44

Well I am bulging a bit tbh Squonk

hermykne · 24/05/2007 17:45

what a bizarre thread - has OP posted a pic in her profile

thequeenofcontradiction · 24/05/2007 17:45

We do motherease darling, currently with the Asia wrap. However due to my laziness with the washing (must be down to wearing trackies today and not a full-on outfit) DS will be sporting Huggies for the rest of the day.

bigmouthstrikesagain · 24/05/2007 17:48

my dd is mainly wearing mud today see pic!!

fridayschild · 24/05/2007 17:56

If a WoHM can join this fantastic thread, DS2 will be wearing his wellies from Woolies and DS1 will be wearing shorts from Tesco? That is all they ever want to wear, so I can say that without ringing my army of servants to check what the little loves are up to.

mumfor1standfinaltime · 24/05/2007 18:18

Pampers it is then..!

Mercy · 24/05/2007 19:01

Quootiepie · 24/05/2007 19:03

Body suits for DS and support vest top thing and matching knickers for me. classy.

bozza · 24/05/2007 20:58

Hang on a minute you lot - all those of you posting about school uniforms - these children are not SAHs. Or do you make them wear school uniform for messing about in the garden and watching cbeebies?

Tommy · 24/05/2007 21:06

me - cropped lineny trousers from Tesco
Ancient t shirt that belongs to a friend (we've swapped clothes as she is pregnant and I am post natal!) orginally from M&S

DS2 - denim shorts from asda
T shirt from Woolworths (hand me down)

DS3 (the best dressed of all of us) cute little romper from Next (present when he was born)

Mercy · 24/05/2007 21:09

Just taking the piss Bozza (mostly)

francagoestohollywood · 24/05/2007 21:10

www.bbc.co.uk/totp2/features/wallpaper/images/800/frankie_goes_to_hollywood.jpg : me and the dc

KaySamuels · 24/05/2007 21:10

squonk I think I love you
Just read the first two posts of this thread out to dp and he said tell them we are wearing boyes clothes!! ha ha!

Bouquetsofdynomite · 24/05/2007 21:11

LOL at ConnieDescending in two tops and no bottoms!
Today I am in full-on white trash mode with denim skirt (charity shop) and purple paisley baby doll top with dangly ties that sometimes get in the way on the loo(Red Herring @ Ebay). DCs were both in shorts and t-shirts of their choice (both under 4 though so quite random choices.)

Bouquetsofdynomite · 24/05/2007 21:12

Oooh wasn't that 4th Frankie along pretty!

bozza · 24/05/2007 21:15

OK I'll join in even though I was at work today so will have to do two sets of clothes for me and DS. See the hardships of working.

Me for work:
Pink sandals from Clarks (bought when I was a bridesmaid for my sister)
Long green skirt from Next
Pink top with flower picture and some bead on it from Per Una

DS for school:
White polo shirt with logo
Grey shorts from Matalan
Black scabby startrites (which cost me £36 but have lasted since last August)

DD for nursery:
White t-shirt from Next
Red cropped trousers from Vertbaudet
Red/pink/orange pumps from Next

Me tonight:
Blue linen skirt from H&M
Green and blue patterned vest top from Joe Brown
Blue cardigan from Mexx
Pink flip flop slippers from Next

DS tonight:
Liverpool shirt
Liverpool shorts
Nike football trainers

Wallace · 24/05/2007 21:15

Ooh this is fun

Me:
Tesco jeans
Tesco value knickers
Mothercare feeding bra
Mothercare maternity t-shirt (yes my ds is 10months old )
Jasper Conran zippy cardy (hahahah a designer label I'm not going to tell you that it is probably the only designer label I own and was bought years ago in TKMaxx)

kids all in bed, but for entertainment purposes I will answer for ds2 (10months) earlier in the day:

Well, it was heading towards bath-time and he needed a nappy change so I just took his nappy off and didn't put a clean one on. He pooed on the floor, and weed over himself, so I removed his vest and top. I thought he looked a bit cold crawling around completely naked, so I popped on his 7 year-old brother's dirty school polo shirt (twas the nearest thing, m'lud). High fashion at it's best

Bouquetsofdynomite · 24/05/2007 21:19

PNSL, Am preparing for potty training next week - how do you clean poo out of carpets? It never happened with my first, she's always been frighteningly neat and would never have dreamed of pooing outside a nappy or loo.

Wallace · 24/05/2007 21:26

LOL - we have laminate floors for a very good reason

KaySamuels · 24/05/2007 21:27

Ok now I have on:
next jeans (only next item I own button has broken off and one denim stud all bent so it scrathces dining chairs)
Ethel austin top
knickers from poundshop
socks from primark
bra from tk maxx

ds had on:
asda smartprice jeans
primark t shirt and socks
nettos nappy

Blondilocks · 24/05/2007 21:39

I'm joining in too as I didn't work today - did exam & shopping instead:

Am wearing:
Jeans (too big) from Dorothy Perkins (a bit hot shopping in these today!)
pink t-shirt from Primark
white & pink bra from la senza
pink socks from Tesco
pink knickers from M&S
amethyst stud earrings from HSamuel
bead bracelet from a local boutiquey shop
jangly bracelets from Accessorise
Urban Decay glitter eyeliner
Rimmel brown eyeshadow
slippers from Primark (didn't wear these out!)
& think that's about it!

DD was in shorts from Primark, vest top from New Look, socks from somewhere (I didn't buy them) & knickers from M&S probably! & slippers from Mothercare.
