Has anyone bought anything online from Radley Bags Outlet UK?

I bought a bag yesterday from www. radleybagsoutletuk.com/ Radley and 5 minutes later got a text from my bank asking if it was a legitimate transaction! I'm really worried now. The text from the bank was from a company in China.
I'm usually more cautious than this! Will I get my bag and will it be authentic?

I've just checked out the site from your link. What concerns me is that if you click on any of the the links at the bottom of the page for Shipping and Returns, Privacy Notice etc, it just takes you back to the main page. I don't want to be a harbinger of doom, and it might be legitimate, but for me personally alarm bells are ringing, and I would be getting onto my bank and cancelling the payment.

I've just checked out the main Radley site, which I have used before, and they've got a sale on at the moment so you might find what you are looking for there. I would be using them to be honest.

Thanks Minesa. I found a returns page by googling it - I don't know why the lack of useful links didn't flag up alarm bells. However I've looked on Radley's official site and it's listed there as a counterfeit site.
I've spoken to the bank and the payment has gone through but if/when the bag arrives if it is fake then I can open a claim as item not as described. Thanks all, let's hope it turns up.

well... earlier today I did the same BIG mistake from www. radleyhandbagsoutletuk.com/... and I wish to see this conversation before that :(
I bought one bag for £101.84, but shortly after I received a text message from my bank, that my account has been charged £115.61. The seller is from China and the name is FHT*JINCHUANG. The name of the website and the name of the company do not exist. Also, I spoke with my bank and they will do everything possible to protect me... but will see... if you want to contact the seller you have to do it only using this email: [email protected]

In the end, I will add only - do not recommend this website, you have to be more careful than me

Don’t order from this site. I ordered a bag, they took more money than I had authorised. Didn’t recienve anything. Money was taken from abroad somewhere. Stupidly I didn’t check the website, it doesn’t have a padlock next to the website name, that was the first warning.

Do not buy anything from bagshoponline they are scammers and cheats they took 80 pounds off me and I didn’t receive anything I have since found out they have done it to hundreds of people and some people have had two or three lots of money taken out 🤬

There are dozens of scam companies on Facebook purporting to sell Radley or kors or Russell and Bromley cheap. Each page has a transparency button now so you can see where they're based which is always China.

I stupidly bought a bag and realised it was a scam almost immediately, when I got a message back saying payment would be to a Chinese address. They eventually sent me a fake Gucci scarf. I posted it back and sent repeated e mails demanding a full refund over several weeks, coupled with threats to set the bank fraud squad onto them. I have now had the original cost refunded, but not the postage.

Just came across the site www.radleyoutlet.com/handbags-c-2/and the prices are ridiculously low like a £153.03 for £19.31.

If it looks to good to be true it probably is.

I’ve just come across that site too! Ridiculously low prices!! I’ve dug deeper and found a few grammatical errors which make me believe it’s a fake site

I have also just been scammed by a fake Radley site (radleylondon-sale.com) but realised just shortly afterwards that it was probably too good to be true and phoned my bank to find that 2 unrecognised transactions had already gone through (which I have to wait until they go on to my statement before I can dispute) but the bank have cancelled my card so that no further transactions can go through. I think I had a lucky escape in that the lightbulb popped on in my head so quickly for me to take action but let this be a warning that if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is!!!

I've also been scammed today by www.radleylondon-sale.com Can't believe I was stupid enough to believe Radley items would be sold that cheap 😣 They said my payment of 47.96 had failed because of a wrong digit so I did it again and immediately received a msg from my bank. When I looked on my account there was a payment pending for Center Harbor Yacht CL! I phoned my bank and I just have to wait until the payment that is pending, which is actually 2 quid more than authorised, goes through. After that they'll look into it. There was a number on their website but when I called it it goes to someone called Steve 😐

Same, today also. The 1st payment said failed so I did it again and my back got straight in touch with me. The amount isn't even the same as authorised 😡

Don’t buy from dodgy looking Facebook adverts, if it looks too good to be true it is.

Speak to your bank and they can stop the transaction - it’s something to do with goods being sold under false pretences - I’ve done it twice.

Hello .. I try to call my bank about that ..they ask me if I recieved email ? I do recieved email that I paid successfully and they email diff email address about my item and they will email again for tracking number. My bank said to wait 15 working days and I will call them back . I will wait for my item to arrived hopefully. I work hard to save that money and I hope and pray it’s all good. And I take a look that link given .. that website also included there to be avoided . I already Purchase items on 18 and money already transferred because I used debit card only . Has anyone who ordered their bags recently received them? I ordered 3 bags, but got a 'Burberry' scarf. I've spoken to by back recently trying to get the money back prior to receiving the goos. They said wait to see if items come but got the scarf. I have replied to original emails I received asking for refund, but they have said do I want to get exchange? I will contact the bank shortly to see what they can do. But wanted to see if anyone has received their actual items first. I also paid by debit card. Money went to center Harbor Yach USA
