Has anyone bought anything online from Radley Bags Outlet UK?

I bought a bag yesterday from www. radleybagsoutletuk.com/ Radley and 5 minutes later got a text from my bank asking if it was a legitimate transaction! I'm really worried now. The text from the bank was from a company in China.
I'm usually more cautious than this! Will I get my bag and will it be authentic?

I ordered 4 bags from Radley Bags Outlet on my debit card and was suspicious straight away when I didn't receive a confirmation email. I emailed them on [email protected] which opened a line of communication.
I received a Burberry scarf after a couple of weeks and they said they were very sorry for the mistake their shippers had made!!!! They offered to refund me 38% of my £80.00 which I declined. After a dozen emails back and forth they offered 45% (to their credit they replied every time but all their excuses were laughable.
By this time the 15 days had passed so I contacted the fraud department of my bank (Lloyds) and they refunded the whole amount straight away. They said because I did not received what I ordered it's now up to Radley Bags Outlet to prove that I did. Which obviously they can't so the bank will retrieve the payment.
Result!! and I get to keep a fake Burberry scarf!

DO NOT USE
Mother didn't realise she was buying an item for £100 from China. They sent a totally different item for £15 and then told her to accept at 33% refund, rising to %43 . Advised she would get a full refund if posted back the item! So no resolution where she would not be out of pocket and never got what she ordered.

Here is the return address:

Receiver : Cai Zheng

Address: No. 265, Xinshi Market, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China .

Telephone: 18519362377

Post code: 510080

Hope you can consider that clearly, the return-shipping-fee you need to pay is expensive.

In this case, it’s more worth for you to keep the item you received and we could refund you 45% of your order’s value.

Regards!

Yep, same scam for a pair of ASICS ordered got a scarf and have gone to and fro with emails stating they would offer 40% refund if I keep the item sent - a scarf seems to be a popular item they send. The cost of return is yours. They make no concessions. My belief is that it will lead to further loss.

Anyway what hasn’t been answered on this chat is whether anyone has actually received a refund or whether it’s just ongoing scamming? Expensive scarf!
