Are wooden footbed clogs really uncomfortable?

Like Lotta from Stockholm? They look like they are but I like the look of the sandals and think they would be nice from summer. Has anyone seen any good alternatives around? Looks like Clarks have stopped doing theirs.

Thanks!

I love clogs and find them really comfortable, although I am crippled after five minutes in any other heels. Wore my orange high peep toe Lotta's today and had six different strangers tell me how fab they were, from the polling station to work to the corner shop. That puts a spring in any step!

Lol, yes that was a bit of hyperbole. I know what you mean, about overthinkingit which is why I force myself to wear them a few times a year, but they do make me feel very M&S, like I've got part of the way there but something's slightly off.

I love that clumpy Scandi, slightly vintage thing about clogs, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Thank you for the suggestions.
I'd not heard of Ten Point, but like the company ethos.
I need to just get on and order some now, or else summer will be over while I'm still obsessing about sizes and colours and stitching/studs and so on. And on.
