Its all in the way you wear it I suppose. I remember the French blue one on the model with a white tee and bf jeans. She looked lovely.

They're an 8 - I usually size down for hush trousers, would be a ten anywhere else. They fit nicely but I now probably need a narrow belt. they sit quite low and I am a terrible hoiker upper!

Seek - I love those and they look really good on you! Really like them with the rainbow jumper and denim jacket, you look fab.
I'm super chuffed as I've just won a bid for the Nana jumper in camel on eBay, not what I thought I'd be buying in April but the weather is shocking I can't imagine getting the summer stuff out anytime soon.

So, so disappointed in the Brayebrooks ( which I have been looking at for so long now).. far far too big for me all over - length ,width, height of shoe .. (and I have sz 5 kipperfeet!) and quite frankly just beige.not a nice nude/pink. .

I am really glad i ordered the jolly green Santana from JL though..its fab! Looks lovely with navy vest top .. so now have two go take on holiday!

I Have now decided to return the Bubblegum linen BF, but keeping the green - waiting for the S to arrive in both colours , but will just keep the green...

Btw the majestic trainers on the Hush website are by Ash.. if you have sz 41 feet you can grab them for £87 on the Ash shoes website ( in a slightly different colour) , and the silver ones shown in Hush are cheaper on Selfridges website.

if you google 'Ash majestic Star trainers' you will find other size options, I've seen the reduced ones in a 6 as well but not quite so cheap as on Ash website

Chinos just dont seem to suit me, the pockets tend to stick out , and i hate the way they gape and you can see the inner lining when you sit down. I think its because I am wrong shape for them, tummy is too round even when I am slimmer. , I am better with flat fronted trousers and jeans

never shame about the Leos. but a that price if you dont love them , dont keep them..

they still have Green Santana on JL website on Hush they have put it on back order 8-9 weeks. so if you want it JL quick!

Has anyone washed a linen BF jumper? I have the medium and small here. The small wouldn't stand to shrink, the medium wouldn't stand to stretch, if that makes sense! If they don't change at all in the wash, I will keep the small in the hope it will then last me through to autumn. If the medium stays the same, it will be too large with another half stone off. (Complicated!)

I really need to lose a stone . (pref 1.5) .. and before holiday!! (thats 13 weeks!) . I did do 5:2 it works I know I may just have to bite bullet ..

I maintain using the 5:2. Its the best diet I have ever been on and is my way of life now. When I feel I am putting on, I am more rigorous. I also do the 8:16 on days I am weaker!! like holidays.
I have washed the bf linen jumper. It stays the same more or less esp after its ironed. Keep the small.

laska, I'm on the mumsnet LCHF bootcamp. Started 22 May last year as a last chance saloon, and have lost 5 stone. I'd like to lose another stone to put me comfortably into the middle of a healthy BMI. I worked in public health for 30+ years, it goes against everything I ever was taught, believed in, and promoted to others. But it worked when nothing else did. After my first 6 weeks I added in 16:8 and after I lost my first two stone I started to run. I am truly unrecognisable, and I suspect I will be on it for life.

T shirt order arrived, 4 tees and lilac SS sloppy joe. The diamond t and multicoloured star T are definite keepers, the cotton is a little bit thicker than on the cotton stub tees so although both white they're not see through. Lilac cotton slub T is also nice although overpriced imo. The Neon Stella star is just too thin, and SS sloppy Joe just a bit meh, I love my black one but in the lilac is washed out.

Day off today so food shopping and taking Dd to see Peter Rabbit film. Sun is shining so finally wearing my star jeans, long vest top and embroidered heart sweat with Hultquist dragon fly necklace. Superga's for the supermarket, then new Mint Velvet flats for the cinema.

It's not snowing. It's not raining. The sun is out!! This makes me unbelievably happy. Off to my remote office (Library) to work, wearing the wide leg trousers with the green stripe, white vest, green L/S raglan, navy trainers.

The green Linen BF jumper in small came, and i am keeping it. Much better than the M . Cherries Only you can decide but I have now also tried the M and S at same time and i think the M is just too baggy, on me. They are the same length , .

Btw the S one in bubblegum (which i tried on even though I sent the M back this morning ) was really transparent! . I do think ( and I hate to say this ) that Hush quality has recently become really variable and is going a bit downhill.. ..

Its like now they are becoming bigger and more popular , they are going a bit the way Boden did . but maybe I am just a Hush snob, ill accept that

My que sera tee came - just that one thing in the normal sized Hush box. I know they don’t want to use plastic but come on! Anyway, tee is lovely and will be going on holiday with me in a couple of weeks (fingers crossed for t-shirt wearing weather).

So I’m in London and wandered into Peter Jones (JL flagship?) and it’s the first time I’ve seen Hush in-store. So excited I rushed off to try lotsbut I have to admit it doesn’t seem so tempting when tried on in the store. (I was wearing my Hush puffed sleeve sweat tunic with leggings and felt I looked better in that than anything I tried on. Which prob was why I left without buying anything (although the blue Love sweater was an almost-buy and the Fitzgerald was very soft and felt nice on.

I liked the look of the blue stripey online but i have stuff like that already. The shorts look fine on you also , ( but i just cant think of shorts right now ! Brrr)
