The Jo Malone Freebie game is back [UPDATE: But it's over now...]

I can't see anything about this yet so sorry if it's already on here.

So you get a full sized freebie with every order over £30.

I got a candle the first time I ordered, and I couldn't help going back for another turn and I got a 100ml cologne.

Must not try again.

I've emailed again and asked for them to be a little more specific if poss.

As you all seemed to have received something. Be it the wrong item, wrong size etc but....something

I hope they are saving the best until last Wink

I just received my freebie (not full size) but not my order so gave them a call. They were v helpful: said they have been inundated so orders and freebies have been sent in separate parcels. Also the handwash (which was my freebie) has been wrongly processed and should be full sized, so they are re-ordering that for me too. Great customer service (assuming it all arrives eventually!)

Rochyella84 my purchase and free gift were supposed to be in one package and I actually ticked the box to have them packaged together. I then had an email with a tracking number but when UPS dropped off to my pickup point I was then sent 2 tracking numbers and the freebie and purchase were in separate boxes. I think they have been sent separately so fingers crossed your freebie will turn up soon. Do you have email confirmation?

sorry meant to say my original dispatch email stated that both were in one package but when they arrived at my collection point there were 2 boxes with 2 tracking numbers.

Thiscant....my email confirmation has the body wash I paid for on it, but doesn't show exactly what I won alongside it - it just says that my fragrant free gift will be sent along with my purchase. I don't know whether that means it didn't properly go through?!

Rochyella84 - just seen that you won the cologne. Hopefully you will get a reply to your email if not I would ring I am sure they will sort it out for you. It is hassle though, JM must have known this would be popular they don't seem to have been prepared for the increase in orders that was obviously going to follow.

I received my first order ok. It was a purchased bottle of pomegranate noir 30ml with free pomegranate noir full size (with pump) hand and body lotion. Went for a second dip and won a 30ml of English oak and hazelnut cologne. Order arrived today and they've swapped the EOH with Blackberry and bay. I've emailed customer service, can't call as I've lost my voice. Hoping I can return whole second order for a refund or will they replace the free item for the correct one?

I emailed yesterday to say I was disappointed with the 100ml freebie since the promotion suggested it would be a full size item, and my invoice similarly suggests this.

I've just had a reply to apologise for the error. A full size 250ml product is on its way, and I can keep the 100ml bottle already received.

Worth emailing!

Another one here that has just received 3 x 100ml LBM hand/body wash; not happy! Placed 6 orders in total all with full size LBM hand/body wash as free gift, so looks like I will have to phone them too. Bugger!
