I can't see anything about this yet so sorry if it's already on here.

So you get a full sized freebie with every order over £30.

I got a candle the first time I ordered, and I couldn't help going back for another turn and I got a 100ml cologne.

Must not try again.

I’ve had an email just now to say my PM candle has been despatched.
I’m hoping it’s nice, never tried it.

I got the Oak and Hazlenut cologne and can’t stop sniffing myself, it’s lovely. I really want to smell the Redcurrant one too!!

Do the free gifts appear in the basket or do they only show up after you checkout? Would love a free gift from JM. Does anyone know if the offer is still on? The website doesn’t show it.

Sorry the offer ended days ago. They did it last year, so may be they will repeat it next year.

The candle is my freebie, i ordered shower oil to get it. That hasnt arrived, but my second order has without the perfume freebie. So now waiting to see when ill get my freebie perfume and shower oil from the first order. Confusing!

Mine came today but they sent the oak and red currant cologne rather than the lime and mandarin body wash, which was what I wanted. I’ve just rung and they said it’s because they ran out of the body wash so had to replace it. They will though replace it with one from their normal stock she said, once I send the cologne back. I don’t like the smell or I’d keep it.

I got my free cologne and I like the smell, would I have paid for it? Probably not, but I'll use it. I am still waiting on the item that I purchased though

I've just received my (tiny) free gift but no sign of the item I've paid for.

I've emailed about the minuscule free gift, can't face a phone call.

I put my order in on Thursday and got an acknowledgment email straight away but haven’t had a despatch email yet...wonder if I should have done? 🤔

I now have the 2 soaps from my order that had the free lime and mandarin body wash, but no body wash

The free oak an redcurrant cologne I (which is gorgeous) from the order which I also bough an matching body wash, but no body wash

and nothing at all from the order where I won the candle and bought bought the wood sage body wash ,

But looking at all the above will give it a few more days yet before I call them. All say 'dispatched' by email but some say 'not received yet' on yodel..

I think they have been rather overwhelmed..

I got my paid-for item Sat but without the freebie - live chat said it would arrive separately in 2-3 working days.

Freebie came today but not the LB&M body wash I was expecting but the English oak & redcurrant fragrance - am actually quite pleased it was wrong!

Both my freebie (candle English Oak and Redcurrant) and my purchase which was shower gel (pom noir) have arrived. They have arrived in 2 packages though. I did tick the box to have them wrapped together in one box and initially I only received one tracking number. When UPS delivered to my pick up point and sent me a confirmation email I was sent 2 tracking numbers.

The candle smells lovely. I have never had anything from Jo Malone but I think I could get addicted .

Is anyone else's freebie tainted by loads of black marks? I know they need to mark it so it can't be returned but there's little black marker spots all over my hand and body wash. Really gutted as I was hoping to give it as a gift - may complain otherwise I think I'm going to have to return it!
