I got a candle the first time I ordered, and I couldn't help going back for another turn and I got a 100ml cologne.

It’s not on at all. I tried loads of lucky dips and they all showed a picture of a body wash with a pump, which is the 300ml version.

Sorry 250ml not 300ml.

Just phoned them. They are sending me the full size and told me I could keep the small one. I did offer to return it but they said it was their mistake so I could keep it!

I tweeted about it and got no response yet.... did they say everyone would get a replacement EachandEveryone or only those that ring?

I assume only those that ring up. I don’t know how they could keep track of every order that went wrong otherwise.

I’ve just received my free gift which is the 30ml cologne but no sign of the candle I bought to get the free gift.

Me too, just had the free candle - full size, but not the candle I paid for.

I’ve just had my two freebies arrive but not what I actually bought! And one came by courier and one by Royal Mail. I ordered soaps as am trying to move away from plastics so not using shower gel anymore.

Wasn’t sure about the cologne at first but I like it now. It’s the English Oak and Redcurrant. And my other freebie was the same fragrance candle.

Have now had my 3 free or body and hand washes delivered. One via Royal Mail and 2 via Yodel.

The lbm are both small but the Pom noir is 250ml with the pump. Have already phoned them about one of the lbm ones will now call them about the other.

I was a bit disappointed I didn't get anything decent so didn't put in an order. I did get a walnut something body wash but not keen on that so just let it go. Last time I got a cologne which I was pleased with.

I have just received one part of mine and it is a small (100 ml) body wash so I was not impressed.

I really cant face phoning though as I do online shopping to try and avoid interactions - not add extra ones in! i guess I will have to though. Will wait until it all arrives and then act!

Only1scoop, one of mine is still showing as in warehouse but the free gift arrived today. For me, the tracking is referring to my paid for items rather than the free gift.
