The Jo Malone Freebie game is back [UPDATE: But it's over now...]

I can't see anything about this yet so sorry if it's already on here.

So you get a full sized freebie with every order over £30.

I got a candle the first time I ordered, and I couldn't help going back for another turn and I got a 100ml cologne.

Must not try again.

All I'm getting is the geranium exfoliating body wash and hand cream, or the lime body wash. Such a shame, last year it was all mixed up!

When I popped in Aldi a couple of weeks ago they had dupes for room spray and candles for about £4. I bought the red roses room fragrance and it is excellent. They had bout four varieties .

Ive just received an email from them saying the body oil I ordered is now out of stock. I ordered it yesterday. They don’t say whether I’ll still get the free gift. Anyone else?

Beware everyone. I ordered because I got a free candle. When I checked my confirmation email, it had no free candle on it. I went onto live chat at Jo Malone and was told that there was no free gift linked to the order and that they apologise for that.

I asked them to send a candle as promised, and they said they cannot add to an order. I explained that this is my first experience with this company.

In the end I called customer services and was told that I will get one of the free gifts in a different package. I explained that I need it to be the promised candle as without that I would not have ordered. They said they will 'do their best' but there is no guarantee.

Hugely disappointing. When the order arrives, if it is not a candle, it is going back.

They should mix it up a bit- the good free gifts like candles seem to go early on, and then they just have a batch of hand wash left.

All my orders have the free gift pictures in the email confirmation.

(No cologne's though, body wash and one candle)

Is that on the website or the email confirmation? ..mine does show the free treats on the email they set but i had not signed up to the website then. But they were a couple of days ago ..

No sign of then being dispatched though .. if i dont get them it will all go back..

We will have to cause a huge Mumsnet stink if they dont come up with the goodies

Ive just checked both my emails and it does show both free treats. I would be annoyed if the order shows up without them, i will be returning them. Hoping thats not the case though!

Just checked and mine are showing the freebies on both my emails and on my orders page on the website.

My orders are all showing as 'In warehouse'.
