Is the joules coast jacket frumpy

I need a light waterproof summer jacket for holidays. I’ll then use as a summer jacket. Is this a fully frumpy choice?

I have a great mustard/yellow one that I just got in New Look for a bargainous £25! Much nicer than the Joules one, great quality and very warm.

Ps if you want a really good quality rain coat then Seasalt are much better quality than Joules.

I have it in French navy. Love it. Am 32. Couldnt give a shit if I look mumsy, im a mum. Amongst other things.
