Hello everyone!

I thought I'd start a new thread since we bought so much stuff we filled up the old one! Who's coming with me?

Link to spring look book. Some of the things are lovely!

ilovecherries · 05/02/2018 21:33

Oh, I hate all of it. (I wish Grin)

Laska5772 · 05/02/2018 21:39

They seem to have the black and white marina skirt again .I bought that last year ..
I like the blue and green striped jumper and the apricot hoody for starters .. (and that straw bag)

miffy2 · 05/02/2018 22:09

Oooh. I like a few things!

The first skirt in blues and greens, the short navy (?) dress on the third page, the longer pink patterned dress, all making me long for spring!

neveradullmoment99 · 05/02/2018 22:16

I really like quite a lot of it. Love the denim shorts, the top with the rainbow on it. Quite like the jade skirt, the kind of oversized pastel block colour t-shirt. Love the pale blue basic tee. Like the black denim skirt with the frayed edges and it doesn't look too short. Some of the jeans look nice [ not keen on the patched ones] Think I am really liking the colour choices this season!

neveradullmoment99 · 05/02/2018 22:17

I love that apricot jumper. Looks like cashmere to me. Probably £££

Theonlyoneiknow · 06/02/2018 12:46

Did anyone ever get the Lurex Bomber? Am swithering, reviews are good but I HATE paying for returns

Talisin · 06/02/2018 16:55

Extra 10% off the sale stuff with EXTRA10.

Theonlyoneiknow · 06/02/2018 18:10

Mwahhh now all my basket I had saved at lunch is OOS. Boooooooo

Sonotkylie · 06/02/2018 18:55

Thank you for the look book. I really needed the browse! I hate this time of year. Still freezing and only the dregs of the sales. I need whole outfits in sunny climes to lust after ...

PlaymobilPirate · 06/02/2018 19:26

Has anyone got a referral please? 😁

miffy2 · 06/02/2018 21:00

playmobil if you PM me your email address I will forward on a referral link that I hope will work. You then enter your email and should receive a discount code. I have not done this before so hopefully it will work!

PlaymobilPirate · 06/02/2018 21:21

Thanks miffy I've just been PMd one though 😁

miffy2 · 06/02/2018 21:28

No worries - happy shopping!

HLBug · 08/02/2018 09:24

My parcel arrived Smile and the black asymmetrical skirt is a definite keeper - perfect length and shape for work. Unfortunately I am one of those people that the Tara dress does not flatter...the post C Section sag is not a good look side on. Clover dress in burgundy is lovely, but unfortunately will also be going back as Ive come to the conclusion that I just don't need it (sob).

neveradullmoment99 · 08/02/2018 19:44

New collection seemingly goes on sale on the 13th Feb according to twitter Grin Or maybe you don't want to know ha ha....

ilovecherries · 09/02/2018 15:35

I know a couple of you bought the puff sleeve tunic. I'm still in two minds about mine. How are you styling it? I'm afraid that at 5'7 it's too short for tights (and certainly too short for bare legs!)? Yet I'm a bit meh about leggings - it feel a bit like going back to my old fail safes from my fatter days of tunics and leggings. In fact, I no longer possess leggings that fit and have been thinking that's probably a good thing! And I feel it needs some heavier jewellery, but worrying that's too much going on when you take the sleeves into account. I was probably a bit put off by my mum asking if I'd accidentally boil washed it when she saw it hanging on the door. Give me your wisdom on this.

ilovecherries · 09/02/2018 15:37

Plus, while it goes on under my puffa coat, the sleeves won't fit inside my spring staple of biker jacket, so what could I wear on top? Or is it just a late winter item?

Laska5772 · 09/02/2018 17:17

cherries I wore mine today with black jeggings, boots and a long black thermal top underneath. Also i bought this Laura Ashley long Gilet in the sale earlier this week which I wore over it when it got cold in office.

I also wonder if sleeves will be that practical but i've worn it now! .. Opaques and boots or brogues will be ok also I think . Damson or navy opaques could be good?

I am 5'5

ilovecherries · 09/02/2018 18:15

Nice gilet! I may try and get a picture later with tights so you can all assess if I'm showing an obscene amount of 60 year old leg Grin. Don't want to frighten the young uns!

ilovecherries · 09/02/2018 18:17

Oh, and I forgot to say - a few lovely friends got together and bought me another nana jumper for my birthday - the silver grey one. It's very lovely.

neveradullmoment99 · 09/02/2018 18:32

Well I had mine on the first day I bought it. I just wore it over super thick leggings that I have had for years and put on my hush ankle boots. I get why you are a bit meh about leggings but they are actually really useful and I wear them under loads of dresses that would otherwise be far too short for me. I think they look good with the tunic paired with ankle boots. Try it!
Equally it looks good with black skinny jeans or jeggings. It fits under all my jackets but haven't tried it with my biker jacket tbh. I just wear it under my coat. Its also fine with a long cardi.

Laska5772 · 09/02/2018 19:06

Ooh cherries What lovely friends ! Smile Happy Birthday for whenever it was !

New Hush stuff next week .....?
