If their website is terrible (I'm taking your word for it, can't be bothered to look) it will be because they are an absolute shower who sat on the recommendations of my mate who actually knew what she was doing, and then made her redundant. Twonks. Company appears to be very, very badly run, for instance, complete failure to realise that customers expect a fast response to emails (messages routinely forwarded from dept. to dept. for weeks and never getting a reply).
