Really depends what age you are, 18-25 I'd say go for it, any older then no, go for something not quite so short.

It does look - at least on the model - like it could be unflattering and a bit frumpy, even with all the shiny bits.

I'd have to try it on, if it were me. I have rotten luck shopping online, and I can never tell how something will look on ME.
