It looks quite unflattering.

I care not for the 'tits or arse' rule. Wear what looks good.

That said, that dress falls short of this mantra as it just does not look good.

Agree that it does nothing for the model. It might look good on darker skin, that colour is just washing her out. I think she's been photographed badly to be fair, the poses are awful and so is the background.

I think you need to be really really young and really really slim to get away with it. It does not fit the poor model in the slightest.
If you have the age and body for it, by all means, go for it! I would!

even the model looks uncomfortable in it. Not good. Way too much skin/ way too cheap looking.

Tina turner would have styled it with a denim jacket, about 30 years ago.

It looks cold. And it's oddly flesh coloured (on that model, at least!)
