Just googled. I always thought blue was cool toned. The jacket is warm according to this chart.

Anything with undertones of red is warm. You need red to make purple...

I like it but I'm very cool-toned so apprehensive.

But pink is cool toned. And so are many reds.

When I had my colours done all blues and pinks and most reds were allowed (except for pale ones that don't suit me because I'm dark).

Based on this (and assuming it is purple as it looks) I'd say it was in between cool and warm. I'd wear this colour and I'm a Blue Spring (warm toned verging on cool). If it is actually cobalt then it's cool. The pic looks like it might be a different colour in real life...

This doesn't necessarily make it warm. It's a blue-purple, which makes it cool.

Any colour can be cool or warm - even red, yellow and orange can be cool. Purple definitely can be.

It's cobalt- a strong, cool-toned blue. Will look great on you if you have Winter colouring, but probably too strong for a Summer. I'm a deep/shaded Summer, and I find cobalt completely washes me out.

I disagree with MartinRhodes' chart.

Those are muted blues and clear blues.

I just checked it on the phone and it's a different color on the phone than on the laptop.
