Post Microblading Help please !

So last Friday I had microblading done at a popular, experienced and high end beauticians . It looked wonderful and the aftercare was clearly explained and paperwork duly read.
However today, day 8 after my treatment, I've had my first shower (as in face immersed not first shower in 8 days), patted my face dry, and literally every trace of the microblading has disappeared. I'm not entirely sure what to do now, it's not like I've exfoliated them off or even dried my face vigorously. Ugh! I've got an appointment first thing Monday to get my beauticians opinion but wanted to ask on here what you think. Will appointment two go ahead still and just hope that it takes quicker or I leave them longer next time? £380 has literally just gone down the sink

I don't think it is a young thing. I am mid fifties and my brows have become both sparse and grey. Not due to overplucking, just age. I have seriously considered micrblading but the aftercare sounds too much for me.

I am 48 and have no eyebrows. i have been considering this for some time but there does not seem to be too many places near me that do it. Can I ask what you do about washing your hair? I can't imagine not being able to get them wet for 2 weeks.

You just wash your hair REALLY carefully. I have a shower with an overhead bit and a hand held shower attachment, so I just used the handheld. Was also advised to turn the water off when I wasn't using it to stop too much steam building up. Also had to be super careful washing my face. Tricky but manageable!

Bobkate, are you able to say what area you are in? Just approx as yourself so natural and exactly what I'm looking for.

I really didn't find it hard at all with the not getting them wet thing. I just showered carefully with my head tipped back quite far, used eye make up remover only as I haven't bothered with any foundation ( thanks to a slight tan ). That was one of the main things that I was worried about but it was surprisingly ok.
Hermionie the girl I went to was in Basildon, Essex x
