Which is yours? Mine varies between Creme In Your Coffee and Ruby Woo depending on my mood. Good days I'm a Ruby Woo, not so good I'm a Creme In Your Coffee.

My hair is now a different colour so doesn't really suit me - but it's a cracking shade with a bleach blonde barnet

Does Ruby Woo suit anyone? I fell in love with Lady Danger because have always wanted to wear red lipstick but on, it always feels too harsh.

I'm over red lips having made myself sick on them 2003-2013 but I do just about prefer Ruby Woo to Russian Red. It's harder to work with but more extreme and complex a colour somehow.

Oh and I'm NC25, dark brown almost black hair and brown eyes

Another freckly mousey celt here so I've just added Mehr to my wishlist! Syrup is my favourite, followed closely by Brave.

That's interesting Reluctantly - to me it looks like the type of colour that would wash me out - I'm very monotone anyway with my pale lips, skin and eyes. But I'll add it to the list to try! I'm getting some dental work done at the moment so I'm not wearing lipstick as I don't want to draw attention to my mouth, so I think I'm going to throw a few quid in a jar every week and go on a lipstick splurge when it's finished!

I was a bit naughty and ordered a few lipsticks online yesterday after reading this thread - they arrived today. Velvet Teddy is lovely so thanks for the recommendation - a nude that actually suits my pale, freckley and mousey colouring. It really makes my blue eyes stand out. Mehr is also nice - it's a good staple "work lipstick" for me. It's very similar shade to Brave on my lips - just a bit more matte and less pink. In hindsight I didn't really need it but it will be used.

Crosswires is a perfect summer shade - love it! And Rebel is gorgeous but I'm not convinced it suits me. It's so much darker than I'm used to - I'll see how it looks with make-up as I'm not wearing much today. I do need a lip liner with it though - can anyone recommend one? Preferably a cheaper one as I think I've spent enough on make-up for the moment!

Now they'll sit on my dressing table for a couple of months until I get my hideous braces off - can't wait!

I only have four, but Captive is my favourite of the ones I have (also have Mehr, All Fired Up and Relentlessly Red, and I do like all of them). I also have a wishlist of another 11 though!

Vegas volt, plunful, see sheer, chatter box, speak louder. Mac are not my favourite lipsticks though.

I've actually got rid of most of my mac lipsticks (konmari) but I kept them two shades.

Lady danger. I like Ruby Woo for nights out, but mine doesn't apply very smoothly.

Lady Danger or Russian Red for the evening. And Morange for daytime.
I love Mac. If you take 6 plastic empties back to Mac, you get a free lipstick. I've had lots but then I buy a lot!
