Am I right in thinking they are not a brand but a style or have I got that wrong? I'm with whoever posted the other day about needing some 'spring' shoes, I usually just roast in my boots for a while then freeze in my sandals and then it's summer. I love the mary jane style with the strap across but I need them to be quite chunky because I don't have matchstick legs so I don't want my legs to look like two carrots tapering down to a teeny point! Can anyone help me?!

do you mean something like these

clarinsgirl · 15/03/2007 17:29

Do you mean Crocs?

danceswithaSPRINGinherstep · 15/03/2007 17:34

No, not crocs. Still can't get my head round the 'plastic' - yes I know they're not - look to them.
Ggirl, yes, like that but perhaps a tad less like I could have a sequined/tassle bag on my shoulder and know what my chakras are up to

danceswithaSPRINGinherstep · 15/03/2007 17:40

Oooooooooh MMJ, now I know Cod got widely mocked for linking to a DM ballet pump the other day but I love those! Especially the red...although won't go with any of my clothes I'm going back to look at other colours!

Kathy - that's my whole problem with them but lots of people say they are amazingly comfortable and are made of a special material so you don't get sweaty feet. I'm yet to be convinced. I just get pictures of a large moustached nurse name Beryl when I think of them....
