large nork advice needed, especially from teachers

I have size 34HH norks and am a secondary school teacher (not a good combination)

Here is my problem: I like wearing white as it is a good colour for me. However in the 11 years I have been teaching, I have never ever been able to wear white t-shirts or close fitting lightweight jumpers. The reason for this is of course in case nipples show. When I have worn them have stood in front of all classes with arms folded JUST IN CASE!

Have tries shoving bog roll/paper tissues down bra, but they just show through. Has anyone got any tips for this problem, without enlarging norks any further?

Will investigate nipple shields, although how does a man put these on!/ With tit tape??

No, no mini heaters, school is like arctic wastes...

plastic self adhesive nipple sheilds - but they're for nursing mums. they're reusable and they do flatten you down.

Other than that, make use of them and hang your pupils coats on them

I feel your pain. I have to say I tend to hope that plunging cleavage distracts from protruding nipps, but fear this is not a good tactic when surrounded by hormonal adolescents.

Oh I really feel this pain as I realised the other day that when wearing a top I had been wearing last summer with a white bra underneath you could see my nipples and I had no idea I can't believe no-one told me...dh said he hadn't noticed but I find that hard to believe. I'm stocking up on flesh coloured ones this summer. Agh
