large nork advice needed, especially from teachers

I have size 34HH norks and am a secondary school teacher (not a good combination)

Here is my problem: I like wearing white as it is a good colour for me. However in the 11 years I have been teaching, I have never ever been able to wear white t-shirts or close fitting lightweight jumpers. The reason for this is of course in case nipples show. When I have worn them have stood in front of all classes with arms folded JUST IN CASE!

Have tries shoving bog roll/paper tissues down bra, but they just show through. Has anyone got any tips for this problem, without enlarging norks any further?

Dear god, don't wear breastpads - you can see them through clothes!

JackieNo · 10/03/2007 10:31

I was going to suggest stickers too. No idea how effective they are though.

\link
{http://www.principles.co.uk/pws/ProductDetails.ice?ProductID=3237\this}is the item causing me so much heartache.

Not cheap, very flattering, fashionable longer length, but nork problem!

What I want to know is WHY don't they teach this on a PGCE? Very important IMO, almost as important as how to deal with phantom farters, and how to deal with bee/wasp in classroom..

Now I have small-but-perfectly-formed norks and even I would worry how my nipples looked in that ribby top.

MrsBadger · 10/03/2007 10:35

Principles white ribby top

fizzbuzz · 10/03/2007 10:38

OK smartypants, you are infinitely cleverer than me!
What did I do wrong? Find link business totally randon, sometimes works, often doesn't

CODalmighty · 10/03/2007 10:42

CODalmighty · 10/03/2007 10:43

CODalmighty · 10/03/2007 10:43

CODalmighty · 10/03/2007 10:44

thisd be mUCH betetr

SoupDragon · 10/03/2007 11:02

I agree that that ribbed top is wrong with large norks. The ribbing surely stretches out across them?? Avoided ribbing like the plague whilst bf-ing.

CODalmighty · 10/03/2007 12:10

i bought hte one i linked to to try it oyut for yo

beckybrastraps · 10/03/2007 12:16

I have a rather nice labcoat actually. Quite fitted. But sadly covered in bloodstains from over-enthusiastic dissections. Still, adds a certain something - quite useful with bottom set year 9.

yellowrose · 10/03/2007 13:53

Mrs Badger - I used to love TM Lewin shirts when I was at work, very nice with well cut suits They are not cheap but then cheap shirts don't last. These do !

fizzbuzz · 10/03/2007 13:56

The top doesn't make them look that big, nor does it stretch across them! I chose it with care!

It is the fact that the nipples stand out when you are cold that is the problem. Nice top Cod, and ...erm ...other things! Have put top website into my favourites, as feel it needs exploring further. Haven't heard of that one...(feel this is going to cost me)

coggy · 10/03/2007 13:59

Can't you buy nipple sheid things?
I think my DH used to wear them for running!
Might be useful or not.......

....I hope it is!

coggy · 10/03/2007 13:59

sheild

yellowrose · 10/03/2007 14:00

Your dh, does he have man boobs like Simon Cowell ?

coggy · 10/03/2007 14:01

LOL!
No man-boobs......no fat at all....all that running see!!!!!

yellowrose · 10/03/2007 14:01

fizz - how about mini heater under your tops to keep nipples warm ?
